Osram launched SOLERIQ on-chip chip series ultra-high-power LED. These devices are simple to install and do not require surface mount technology (SMT) assembly. The extremely small LES (light emitting surface) enables easy optical design, clear shadows and shiny appearance. The company says that the device can emit high luminous flux from a single LED package, with a higher lm / $ lm / $ compared to a ceramic package.
