SYNIOS P3030 KW DSLP31 CE LED for ams OSRAM. As part of its SYNIOS P family of products, leds provide an outstanding solution to the rapidly emerging automotive exterior lighting sector, able to meet energy efficiency, weight and space savings requirements. The compact 3mm×3mm×0.65mm SMT LED operated at temperatures from -40C to +125C and was ESD tested at 2kV according to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, level 2). Leds comply with the AEC-Q102 standard and allow designers to incorporate design, comfort, or safety features into body lighting for a variety of automotive lighting applications.
The device is a white LED with light/radiation fluxes of 45lm to 71lm and a minimum CRI of 90. Forward current ratings are 3mA to 200mA, pulse forward current is 400mA (maximum). The LED operates at 2.6V to 3.5V forward voltages with a maximum reverse voltage of 5V.
Including InGaN Sapphire chip technology, leds come in color diffused silicone and a very flat square package. The chip layout close to the center provides the best design flexibility, and its smaller profile size, especially the height, provides the most flexibility to fit into even the most compact Spaces.
