The TMS320C6678 DSP is a highest-performance fixed/floating-point DSP that is based on TI's KeyStone multicore architecture. Incorporating the new and innovative C66x DSP core, this device can run at a core speed of up to 1.4 GHz.
Microchip Technology announced the launch of a new integrated hybrid drive module, the first model in a new line of power devices. The line of products will come in 12 different models using silicon carbide (SiC) mosFETs or insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs).
The PVG612 Series Photovoltaic Relay is a singlepole, normally open solid-state relay that can replace electromechanical relays in many applications. It utilizes International Rectifier’s proprietary HEXFET power MOSFET as the output switch, driven by an integrated circuit photovoltaic generator of novel construction. The output switch is controlled by radiation from a GaAlAs light emitting diode (LED) which is optically isolated from the photovoltaic generator.
The ISL6522 provides complete control and protection for a DC-DC converter optimized for high-performance microprocessor applications. It is designed to drive two N-Channel MOSFETs in a synchronous rectified buck topology. The GTLP6C817 is a low drive clock driver that provides TTL to GTLP signal level translation (and vice versa). The device provides a high speed interface between cards operating at TTL logic levels and a backplane operating at GTLP logic levels. High speed backplane operation is a direct result of GTLP’s reduced output swing (<1V), reduced input threshold levels and output edge rate control.

The ICM7555 and ICM7556 are CMOS RC timers providing significantly improved performance over the standard SE/NE 555/556 and 355 timers, while at the same time being direct replacements for those devices in most applications.
